I hope you are all well.
The last time we spoke I mentioned that I wanted to share with you some recipes me and my PA’s have found.
So, follow me to me to my Cerebral Pantry in the Kitchen and we will see what we can find in there…..

Recipe: Breakfast Crumble

But here is the recipe written out for you in FULL!
Serves: 1
Protein: 30g
Cooking time = 15
Equipment:
Air Fryer
Mixing bowel
Oven proof dish
Ingredients for fruit mix
150g frozen berries (Courtney uses blueberries and raspberries and so did we!)

Tsp of Protein Powder (we have tried quite a few flavours now, my favourite with this is salted caramel)

1 lemon juiced (or you can use 2 tbsps)

Method
Mix this together, add to an oven proof dish and air fry for 5 minutes at 160 degrees.
Ingredients for Crumble Topping
30g oats

25g Protein Powder
10g low fat butter

1 tbsp almond milk

My tip = We have made this many times now and have added Goji berries and Natural yogurt to the top for extra texture!

Method
Mix together and add to the top after the 5 minutes is up (for the fruit mix)! Air fry for a further 10 minutes

I love this recipe so much, but I confess I have never had it as a breakfast J. I love it as just a Humble Crumble!
